I have a gigabit network (router, switch, gigabit ethernet adaptor pci card) but only reach speeds of 20-30mbs - gigabit pci card
Could my old computer (4 years), but there is a 3 GHz Pentium 4 with 1 GB DDR RAM. ? The PCI slot can not get the full gigabit speeds? Why can not reach speeds of more than 20 30mb?
