Replacement for rubber threshhold on frameless glass shower door.? - shower door parts

The threshold of rubber on my shower door, frameless glass is leaking. When I removed, I could see this is part of the rubber and needs to be replaced. We do not buy the new house if you do not know the manufacturer. We live in Chicago. Suggestions?
