I live in New Jersey, and wondered whether to bring the tenants on the basis of a lease for? I Met a lawyer, and provides that no lease or rental agreement, if they had just a tenant to sell, the process takes 6 months. Is it still recommended the signing, stating that the tenant has to pay all attorneys' fees, etc.? Thank you!
